Summer Career Lab – Filmed with CareerSource Tampa Bay

Chandelier Transformations Youth Mentoring hosted CareerSource Tampa Bay at our summer camp to highlight the power of youth voice, leadership, and career readiness. Our girls had just finished a full day of learning, reflection, and on-camera interviews inside CTYM’s creative studio space.

In this session, students talked about their goals, explored different career paths, and practiced real-world communication skills in a professional environment. The filming captured what we do best—creating safe, inspiring spaces where teens are seen, heard, and prepared for what’s next.
